Dental Assistant

We are seeking a full-time (and preferably experienced) Dental Assistant who enjoys providing superior customer service. The main responsibilities and roles of a dental assistant are:

  • Ability to smoothly and effectively carry out four-handed dentistry,
  • Knowledge to efficiently set up and tear down operatory rooms,
  • Manage lab cases and dental supply inventory (including ordering supplies),
  • Maintain clinical cleanliness of operatory rooms, instruments, and other dental tools, and
  • Carry out patients’ treatment plans by supporting doctor’s treatment recommendations, presenting and scheduling treatment, implementing and monitoring financial agreements, and tracking the success of each case through proper follow-up procedures.
Position status:
The position will be considered full time; days: M, Tu, Th, and F; times: from 7:50 a.m. until about 5:00 p.m. Alternating Wed times: from 8:00 a.m. to about 2:00 p.m. and based upon Doctor’s request. Average Weekly Hours: 36.

Lead Dental Clinician

Regulations & Trainings:
HIPAA, OSHA, IL Dental Regulations, Red Flag Rule
Training will include these and other regulations.

COVID-19 considerations:
Numerous air filtering devices throughout the office designed to eliminate virus bugs & allergens. PPE worn by all office personnel. Sterilization processes carried out for all operatories & instruments.

Our office is OSHA and HIPAA trained & certified.
